An Integrated and Comprehensive program that will primarily promote Gender  Advocacy and Development (GAD) programs, take care and assist Persons with Disabilities, Indigents and Senior Citizens. 

The city government under the leadership of City Mayor Ester Hamor will  implement a monthly cash assistance for the following: 

▪ PWDs (inborn disabilities) = One Thousand Pesos (1,000. 00 Php.) 

▪ Senior Citizens Aging 60 – 69 yrs./o = Five Hundred Pesos (500. 00 Php.) 

▪ Senior Citizens Aging 70 – 79 yrs./o = One Thousand Pesos (1,000. 00 Php.) 

▪ Senior Citizens Aging 80 and above = Five Hundred Pesos (500. 00 Php.) 

And additional groceries (e.g.  

Quaker oats, Milk and biscuits).
