The City Information and Communication Technology Office accepts upload request for the Led Wall.

  • Duly filled-up LED Wall Request Form

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

8 minutes (uploading of the video at the LED wall is not included)

1.    Proceed to the Business Permits and Licensing Office and submit the letter request or fill up form

 

Fill-up the LED wall Request Form and receive the Order of Payment

 

Proceed to the Office of the City Treasurer and pay the corresponding amount.

2.    After payment, proceed to the City Information and Communication Technology Office and present proof of payment.

Validates the proof of payment and confirms the requested time slot of the client.
