INTRODUCTION:

Badminton clinics and tournaments are exciting events that provide participants with opportunities to learn, improve, and showcase their skills in a competitive setting. To ensure the success and fairness of these events, the following guidelines have been established:

CLINIC GUIDELINES:

Participant Eligibility: Clinics are open to students of all skill levels from beginners to advanced players participants should be eager to ln and improve their badminton skills. At present, there is a total of One Hundred Fifteen (115) participants that will be advancing to the second season of the Sulay sa Futuro Sports League for Badminton. We can only accommodate another sixty (60) new participants. This is to maintain a manageable number of participants considering that we only have four (4) trainors manning the clinics/training and the tournament during match plays. Priority will be given to elementary grade students for grassroots training and coming from schools that will participate for the first time in the said badminton clinic/training.

Structured Sessions: Clinics will be conducted by experienced coaches and instructors who will provide structured training sessions covering various aspects of the game, including techniques, footwork, strategy, and match play.

Small Group Instruction: Participants will be grouped based on their skill levels to ensure personalized instruction and maximize learning opportunities.

Equipment: Participants are responsible for bringing their own badminton racquets. Shuttle cocks and other necessary equipment will be provided.

Safety Measures: Coaches will emphasize the importance of proper warm-up, stretching, and injury prevention techniques. First aid supplies will be readily available in case of any injuries.

TOURNAMENT GUIDELINES:

Fair Play: Participants are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship, respect for opponents, and adherence to rules and regulations throughout the tournament.

Officiating: Qualified referees or officials will oversee matches to ensure fairness and resolve any disputes that may arise. Their decision will be final.
