The Animal Bite Treatment Center (ABTC) has officially relocated to the former TB-DOTS building, located behind the Sorsogon City Hall in Cabid-an, Sorsogon City. Starting February 7, 2025, all patients seeking treatment are encouraged to visit the ABTC at its new location for care.
In line with the Department of Health’s (DOH) “Referral System”, patients are required to first seek consultation at their respective Barangay Health Station (BHS) or any of the District Health Offices (East-SPPVS, West-Tugos, or Bacon-Población) for the initial management of animal bites
Please note: NO VACCINATION will be administered at ABTC without a proper referral or a doctor’s order from the District Health Offices. This system ensures proper coordination and effective management of animal bite cases within the community.
