1. Open to all Elementary and Junior High School students of the City of Sorsogon;
2. Open to out-of- school youth aged 16 years old and below;
3. Participants must bring their own arnis;
4. Participants must be physically fit and wear proper clothing during the training;
5. Participants must bring their own towels and water bottles during the clinic;
6. Participants must be disciplined and actively participate in the training to ensure maximized learning.
1. Open to all teachers of the City of Sorsogon who wants to learn how to properly coach athletes and officiate arnis tournaments;
2. Participants must bring their own notebook and pen during the training;
3. Participants must have at least know the basic rules of arnis;
4. Participants must be attentive at all times.
